Dengeki Bunko’s 20th anniversary crossover game, “Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax” has been out for a little over a month, and is already shaping up to be a prominent title as far as 2D fighters go. With some of the most well known characters such as: Kirito & Asuna from Sword Art Online, Kirino Kousaka from Oreimo, and even guest bosses like Akira Yuki from Virtua Fighter, it’s not hard to see why.
Unlike the arcade version, the retail copy features a new mode called “Dream Duel”. This mode features over 60 different story scenarios in which the Dengeki fighters engage in some of the most interesting and unique what-if dream battles. I’ve went ahead and translated a few of the dream duel encounters.
